Our cranes are of the highest quality and free of defects. We use top of the range components from quality manufacturers for our products. Our fleet of machines demonstrates the very latest technology to produce top quality structural components.
But if you ever have a problem with your crane or any other product of ours, you'll receive a first-rate service from us with a promise that we'll correct the fault within the shortest amount of time. In 99% of cases we can be with you on-site within 24 hours.
You'll continue to receive this kind of service even after the warranty period.
We generally don't get you to sign up to a maintenance agreement. When purchasing a crane don't be taken in by a maintenance agreement. Some companies offer you a five-year warranty if maintenance is carried out by authorised personnel. In most cases authorised simply means staff from the crane company so that what starts out as a reasonable deal for a crane suddenly turns into a costly investment. There are no "hidden" maintenance agreements with us. You can maintain our cranes yourself without losing the warranty.
We can of course offer you maintenance separately if you prefer. Buy smart!
