Stacker crane
The stacker crane - the guided movement of loads
A telescopic guide makes it possible for loads to be moved directly, without them rocking from side to side. Another benefit is that loads can be picked up and put down with accuracy. Loads are picked up with grippers, fork tips or other such devices. STÖCKL stacker cranes are used wherever packaged goods, containers, wooden girders or pallets need to be transported.
A slewing ring and a slip-ring element enable a pivoting range of 0° to infinity to be achieved.
The stacker crane is able to lift, pivot, turn and rotate the load quickly, securely and gently.
The smooth movements of the crane and trolley mean that loads can be approached slowly and accurately.
The stacker crane is radio-controlled.
The forks are positioned using hydraulics.
